Preparations to host the 14th edition of ambitious Aero India show began in right earnest on Monday the 5th of December 2022 with top MoD  (Ministry of Defence) and HAL officials meeting Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai along with Air Commodore Manoj Kumar Yadav  – the AoC, Air Force Station, Yelahanka.

Air Force Station at Yelahanka is located just outside Karnataka’s state capital Bangaluru where Aero India is normally hosted.

The next edition is scheduled to be held from February 13-17 next year..
According to a statement issued by the MoD, the visiting team of officials took an on-site assessment at the Air Force Station Yelahanka and has fast-tracked all planning and execution of the mega event which will showcase India’s resolve to achieve ‘Aatmanirbharta’ in Aerospace and Defence.
Aero show has carved a niche for itself globally as a premier aerospace exhibition with 13 successful editions organized in Bengaluru since 1996.
HAL as a nodal organization has constituted its teams and are ready to interact with the nodal teams of Govt. of Karnataka and Indian Air Force to ensure seamless execution of Aero India 2023 which has multiple stakeholders.
The team was led by Anurag Bajpai, Joint Secretary (DIP) and Cdr Achal Malhotra VSM, CEO, Defence Exhibition Organization along with CB Ananthakrishnan, CMD, HAL
